Terms and Conditions

Soul Adventure Wellness Retreats will use Participants name and payment information for the sole purpose of purchase and registration for the Connect to Calm Retreat.
Soul Adventure Wellness Retreats will not display, sell, or give the payment information of the Participant to an outside party.
Participant agrees not to harass, harm, threaten, discriminate, libel, defame, or otherwise shame and/or injure Soul Adventure Wellness Retreats, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and all other participants.
Participant agrees not to smoke, consume alcohol or use illicit drugs while on the Retreat location property.

Return and Refund Policy

Participant accepts that the deposit is refundable until March 30, 2024. On and after March 30, 2024, deposit is non-refundable. A payment plan may be made; however, payment in full is required by March 31, 2024. If the participant cancels on or after March 31, 2024, a refund will NOT be made. Beginning March 31, 2024, all payments are nonrefundable, but may be transferred to another participant.

The submission of application and payment to Soul Adventures Wellness Retreats is binding. Participant is personally responsible for all mandatory payments.
